Refund Policy

🛡 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with VidSpectra within the first 5 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked.

1. Subscription Refunds

Our refund policy for subscription plans is as follows:

  • First 5 Days: Full refund available for new subscriptions, no questions asked.
  • After 5 Days: Refunds are generally not provided, but we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
  • Annual Plans: The 5-day guarantee applies to annual plans as well. After 5 days, partial refunds may be considered based on unused time.

2. Voice Credit Pack Refunds

For purchased voice credit packs:

  • Unused Credits: If no credits from a pack have been used, we may issue a refund within 5 days of purchase.
  • Partially Used: Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not eligible for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If credits were lost due to technical issues on our end, we will restore them or issue a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@vidspectra.com with your account email and order details
  • Include the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  • We will respond within 1-2 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: May take up to 10 business days depending on your bank
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the equivalent fiat value to your preferred method, as crypto transactions are irreversible

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Used voice credits from purchased packs
  • Subscriptions active for more than 5 days (except extenuating circumstances)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Account Settings and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (you must request one separately within the 5-day window)

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback may result in account suspension pending investigation.
