6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using VidSpectra. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: VidSpectra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is yours to use, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.

7. Voice Cloning

If you use voice cloning features, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to clone the voice (either your own or with explicit permission)
• You will not use cloned voices for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding synthetic media

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSpectra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
